About the magazine

Where the name comes from

In 1948 Gordon Lindsay began publishing The Voice of Healing in Shreveport, Louisiana, reporting on the healing campaigns of that era. The magazine, and the ministry around it, grew into Christ For The Nations. The Spring 2023 issue marked 75 years of that story.

The Voice, 2013 to 2024

CFNI relaunched the magazine as The Voice in Spring 2013, with Lance Wallnau and Dutch Sheets on the first cover. Forty-six issues followed, most of them quarterly: testimonies, teaching, campus news, outreach reports and the school’s anniversaries. Summer 2024 was the final printed issue.

What replaced it
